- Listen and learn about your customers’ customers
- Check out online sites related to your industry, customers, customers’ customers, etc. – see what types of things they are asking, discussing, worrying about etc.
- Check out social networking sites related to your industry, customers, customers’ customers, etc. – become a part of the community and ask questions and learn
