I would recommend Deb to anyone who is serious about making an impact on their organization. The final results of this plan are just incredible.  The roadmaps are right there in front of everyone.  The true sincerity of what Deb is doing and how she want these plans to work out for her clients is very obvious. 

I could not believe how quickly the plan was forwarded to the team once the day was over.  There are two advantages to this: (1) the team got the material back while it was still fresh in their minds and (2) it was easier for the team to feel a sense of urgency when Deb, as the facilitator, had her material turned around so quickly.  I was truly impressed. Also, I respect Deb�s insistence on the 10% donation towards a charitable fund.
