Deb provided much needed focus towards the end result for the team.  Having an outside party facilitate the meeting was very beneficial to the team as it moved the process forward at a rapid pace.  She also held us to task and challenged preconceived notions about our business.  I would recommend Deb to anyone enthusiastically.
